Is there an order minimum?

Yes, our DropMint Repeat orders as well as on demand orders have a $40 minimum. Plus a $5 Pickup fee.

What if i have less than the order minimum?

Have less than $40? No problem we round up to $40 to cover cost of services.

Can i choose the detergent i would like?

Yes! We offer 2 options: Scented: The fresh, citrus scent of this gentle, non-toxic detergent will leave your clothes smelling great. Hypoallergenic: This unscented detergent is safe for babies and the most sensitive skin. Plus, it’s great for the environment!

When is pickup and delivery?

All pickups and deliveries take place Monday - Friday 6pm - 10pm Delivery is next business day for Wash N Fold only and 2 business days for orders that contain Launder + Press or Dry Cleaning

Can i place an order if i am not home?

Absolutely! Leave your bags outside and we will take care of the rest, no need for you to be there for pickup.

How does your wash service work?

Our team members are all experts in the laundry field, your items are carefully sorted, inspected and spot treated then cleaned to your preference then either perfectly folded (Wash, Dry, Fold) or extended (Wash, Dry, NO Fold), we do our best to bundle items by each person in your household so you just unpack it into their drawer.

Can i provide my own detergent?

Unfortunately we do not accept detergents provided by our customers
